Help Desk Remote Support
Help Desk is a way for SunGeek.com Computers to remote into your computer to fix a problem. Limitations apply, so you must call and schedule this appointment first.
Sometimes a credit card or Paypal account may be required for this type of support. This support cannot work if you are having some types of hardware problems. Some terms and limitations may apply. See Terms.
When told to do so, click on Option 1 or 2’s link Below as instructed. This will download a program that will allow us to remote control your computer.
In Chrome Edge or Firefox: a “FileName” will automatically show up for download. After it downloads, look for it and run it. Bottom Left of your Web Broswer.
When Running: You might be asked to run or open or allow – Click on Run. If it asks, tell it to allow t to run.
